The Homestead originally called “Athlone” which was named after the ship the Sloman family came out from England. The house was built in 1917 when Ozzie and Lucy Sloman were married and built the home to raise their family. We bought the home in 2001 from Robert Slowman their son who was born here. We spent 10 years restoring the house which comprises of 4 bedrooms, sleep out and fully self contained accommodation for guests. This is connected by a door conveniently located to main house kitchen for those who wish to be pampered and have meals prepared.

Native and domestic animals, flying, fishing, sightseeing and relaxing.
So many things to see and do on the farm.
